Purposes:
This
screen provides the results from searching for a file, using screen ‘S46 Search
for File’. The MIMS user can then
select the MEP file from the Result List or will be taken immediately to the
Maintain MEP file screen.
Prerequisites:
1.
MEP
user must have applicable security authorization.
The

Helpful Hints:
·
The
results will show active, incomplete and closed files.
·
A
maximum of 175 files will be displayed on the Result List.
Procedure:
1.
Select
the file by clicking the hyperlink under the MEP File column.
2.
Screen
S61 Maintain MEP File will be displayed.
3.
If
results displayed are not what is required, click the ‘Refine Criteria’ button
the system returns to the File Search
Criteria screen displaying all previous criteria entered.

Party |
Displays
formatted name with the party number in parenthesis. This
party name appears only if the party on which the “match” was found is not
the primary creditor or debtor on the MEP File. |
Role |
Displays
the role assigned to the matching party. This
party role appears only if the party on which the “match” was found is not
the primary creditor or debtor on the MEP file. |
Primary
Creditor |
This
is the creditor, who is named as the original creditor with MEP at the time
of registration. Displays formatted
name with the party number in brackets. |
Debtor |
The
debtor is the party directed to make payments to a creditor by a court order
or agreement. Displays formatted name
with the party number in brackets. |
Status |
Displays
the current file status of the file. |
Multi |
Icon
to identify if party exists on multiple MEP files. If
any parties on the file are related to more than one file, the Multi File
icon is displayed. Not available to
select to view other MEP files associated with party. |
